Send a Child to Hucklow Appeal

Through our congregation member Cathy, we were invited by the team at Great Hucklow to contribute to their charity Send a Child to Hucklow. This wonderful project gives children from across the UK the chance to enjoy a holiday at the Nightingale Centre, where each child is also gifted a cuddly toy to take home.

This year, alongside toys, the charity requested toothbrushes and toothpaste, and our congregation really rose to the challenge! As you can see from the pictures below, the chapel has gathered a marvellous collection of toys, some even lovingly handmade by members of our own community, as well as the requested toiletries.

We know these gifts will bring joy and comfort to the children, and we are grateful to everyone who contributed.
