A Service with Mencap

How wonderful to have members of Wigan & Leigh Mencap Society joining us today to celebrate 40 years of their local charity!

Our worship was themed around listening and understanding, with elements of Makaton signing throughout... and with the whole congregation learning how to sign the Lord's Prayer.

There were beautiful, inspiring and thought-provoking readings from members of Mencap and our Children's Group attendees (who were also celebrating their own Children's Anniversary Service).

All are welcome in this community.
